Gang-Jeong is one of the unique cuisines, which originated in Incheon, S.Korea. We gently stir-fry double deep-fried chicken with traditional sweet & spicy sauce, vegetables, fried rice cake, and a final touch of sprinkled peanut on the top. The way of cooking Gang-Jeong keeps its crispiness for a long-time.

Didn’t even know Chicken Lab had grilled BBQ chicken until today. Surprisingly really good — chicken was tender, flavorful, a little spicy, and not dry at all. The grilled onions were nice too. Also appreciate that they use halal chicken. Definitely something I’d order again.
